1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to and using the market research and analysis platform ("Service") provided by DREAVERR Digital Solutions LLP under the brand names SGG Research and StockMarketScan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

The Service is a market research and analytics platform that provides subscribers with:

  • Access to Structured Data: Subscribers gain the right to access structured datasets including stock screeners, historical price data, and chart pattern detection results.
  • Use of Analysis Tools: Subscribers can utilize our proprietary screening tools, interactive charts, pattern search, and AI-powered analysis features via the platform.
  • API Access: Eligible subscribers (Basic and Pro plans) may access structured data and pattern detection programmatically via the StockMarketScan API.
  • Email Reports: Pattern alert notifications and daily summaries delivered via email as part of the platform's reporting features.

The platform is the primary interface for accessing and interacting with structured data and analysis tools. Email reports and API access serve as supplementary delivery mechanisms.

3. No Financial Advice

Informational Purposes Only: The insights, tools, screeners, chart patterns, and structured data provided through the platform are for research, informational, and educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as financial or investment advice. Always do your own research before making any decisions.

No Guarantee of Results: While the tools and datasets are designed to support research and analysis, they do not guarantee any specific outcomes. Pattern detections and screener results are algorithmic outputs based on historical data and do not predict future performance.

4. Rights and Usage

Right to Access: Subscribers are granted non-exclusive, personal rights to access structured datasets and utilize the analysis tools provided through the platform.

Permitted Usage: Subscribers may use the data and tools for:

  • Personal analysis and research.
  • Decision support based on custom queries, screeners, and visualizations.
  • Programmatic access via the API within the rate limits of their subscription plan.

Prohibited Usage: Subscribers may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the data, tools, or API.
  • Extract or copy large portions of the data for use outside the platform without prior written consent.
  • Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the analysis tools or platform.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data beyond the provided API.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.

5. Risk Acknowledgment

Market Uncertainty: The financial markets are inherently unpredictable, and insights derived from the platform do not guarantee future outcomes.

Independent Research: Subscribers are encouraged to conduct independent research and validate any findings before making financial or investment decisions.

Personal Responsibility: Any actions taken based on the provided data, analysis tools, or pattern detections are solely the subscriber's responsibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

No Liability for Losses: We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the use of structured data, tools, pattern detections, or insights provided by the platform.

No Warranty: We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data or tools provided. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied.

7. Payment and Merchant of Record

Paddle as Merchant of Record: All payments for the Service are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (or Paddle.com Inc for US-based purchases), which acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. When you purchase a subscription, you purchase it from Paddle, but the Service is provided to you by DREAVERR Digital Solutions LLP. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Digital Content: The Service consists of digital content that is made available immediately when your subscription or trial starts, and by subscribing you request this immediate access. Regardless of whether a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you can request a full refund within 14 days of a purchase, without giving any reason, as described in section 9 and in our Refund Policy.

8. Analytics, Cookies & Third-Party Services

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to analyze website usage and measure advertising effectiveness. These services may use cookies and collect data such as page views, session duration, device information, and approximate location.

For visitors in the European Union, analytics and advertising cookies are only activated after explicit consent via our cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2). You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies.

We use Resend (powered by Amazon SES) to deliver transactional emails. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for email delivery. For details on data handling, please refer to our Privacy Notice.

9. Plans, Free Trial, Plan Changes, Cancellation and Refunds

Plans and Prices: The Service is offered on two paid plans: Basic at USD 14.99 per month and Pro at USD 29.99 per month. Prices are billed monthly in advance. Paddle adds any applicable sales tax or VAT at checkout. Three screeners (Strong Volume Gains, Top Tech Stocks and Income & Growth) can be used free of charge without an account or a subscription.

Free Trial: New customers start Basic or Pro with a 7-day free trial.

  • A payment method is required to start the trial. Nothing is charged when the trial starts.
  • The trial ends 7 days after it starts. The exact end date is shown in Settings and in the confirmation email.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription continues automatically and the first monthly payment for your plan is charged on the trial end date. After that, you are charged every month on the same day.
  • If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged. You keep access until the trial end date.
  • Each customer can use one free trial. If you have had a subscription or trial before, a new subscription starts without a trial and is charged immediately. Trials started in breach of this rule may be canceled without access being granted.

Changing Plans During the Trial: You can switch between Basic and Pro at any time during the trial. No charge is made for the switch, and the trial end date does not change. At the end of the trial you are charged the price of the plan you are on at that time.

Upgrading a Paid Subscription: An upgrade from Basic to Pro takes effect immediately. You are charged the prorated price difference for the rest of the current billing period right away. From the next billing date, you pay the full Pro price. Your billing date does not change. An upgrade never starts a new free trial.

Downgrading a Paid Subscription: A downgrade from Pro to Basic takes effect immediately. The unused part of your Pro payment is credited on a prorated basis and applied to your next payments. From the next billing date, you pay the Basic price. Your billing date does not change. Features and screeners that are only included in Pro are no longer available after the downgrade.

Cancellation: You can cancel at any time in Settings. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period or, during a trial, at the end of the trial. No further payments are charged after that date, and you keep full access until then. Afterwards, the paid features are no longer available. Your account, watchlists and alerts are kept, but alerts are not sent until you subscribe again. You can subscribe again at any time; a renewed subscription starts without a free trial.

Failed Payments: If a renewal payment fails, Paddle retries the payment and may ask you to update your payment method. You keep access while the payment is being retried. If the payment cannot be collected, the subscription is canceled and access to the paid features ends.

Price Changes: We will notify you by email before any price increase takes effect. The new price applies from the first billing date after the notice period, and you can cancel before then.

Refunds: The free trial itself costs nothing. You can request a full refund within 14 days of a purchase, without giving any reason; for a subscription that started with a trial, the 14 days start on the date of the first payment after the trial. Refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for details.

10. Changes to the Service and Terms

Modification Rights: We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the platform, datasets, screeners, or analysis tools at any time without prior notice.

Updates to Terms: These Terms may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform, structured data, API, or analysis tools for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, British Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Company Information

The Service is provided by DREAVERR Digital Solutions LLP under the brand names SGG Research and StockMarketScan. The subscription contract is entered into with DREAVERR Digital Solutions LLP.
