At DREAVERR Digital Solutions LLP ("we," "us," or "our"), operating under the brand names SGG Research and StockMarketScan, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy applies to our subscription-based platform ("Service").
1. Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account email and the date of purchase.
2. How Refunds Are Processed
All payments are processed by our payment partner Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every order. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle’s Refund Policy and Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
3. Subscriptions and Renewals
The Service is offered on Free, Basic, and Pro tiers. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings and will keep access until the end of the current billing period.
