Refund Policy

At DREAVERR Digital Solutions LLP ("we," "us," or "our"), operating under the brand names SGG Research and StockMarketScan, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy applies to our subscription-based platform ("Service").
1. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of a purchase, without giving any reason. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account email and the date of purchase.
2. How Refunds Are Processed
All payments are processed by our payment partner Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every order. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle’s Refund Policy and Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
3. Subscriptions, Free Trial and Plan Changes
Plans: The Service is offered on Basic (USD 14.99 per month) and Pro (USD 29.99 per month). Subscriptions renew automatically every month until canceled.
Free Trial: Basic and Pro start with a 7-day free trial for new customers. A payment method is required, but nothing is charged when the trial starts. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged at all. If you do not cancel, the first monthly payment is charged on the trial end date. Each customer can use one free trial.
Refunds after the Trial: For a subscription that started with a trial, the 14-day refund period starts on the date of the first payment after the trial.
Plan Changes: An upgrade from Basic to Pro is charged immediately with the prorated difference for the rest of the billing period. A downgrade from Pro to Basic is credited on a prorated basis and applied to your next payments. During a trial, switching plans is free and does not change the trial end date.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time in Settings. No further payments are charged, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period or trial. Canceling does not automatically refund a payment that has already been made; to request a refund within 14 days of a payment, contact us as described above.
