How this screener works
Filters for REIT-classified stocks with: average analyst recommendation between 3.5 and 5.0 (on a 1-5 scale), profit margin >= 0%, last-year revenue growth >= 0%, last-year basic EPS growth >= 0%, return on equity >= 1%, price > $5, 100-day average volume > 50,000, and options available. REITs must distribute at least 90% of taxable income as dividends. This screener further filters for profitability, growth, and favorable analyst consensus to identify the highest-quality names in the real estate sector.
